Julie Herman

Julie Herman is a Director in the Financing Services Ratings group at S&P Global Ratings. Joining the firm in 2005, Julie has analytical responsibility for a diverse portfolio of investment grade / high yield credits in the insurance sector. Julie also functions as a portfolio leader for all rated insurance brokers and services companies. In addition, Julie contributes to industry commentaries, criteria development, and investor engagement.

Before joining S&P Global Ratings Julie worked at Citigroup in the Strategy & Planning division. Her responsibilities included interacting with the business units to assist in the development of the budget and analyzing business unit performance to plan.

Julie holds an MBA from New York University and a BA from Barnard College.
