FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It is very important to the success of the meeting that every Connect firm has executive representation attend. It is essential to the success of the Strategic Issues Groups that all firms are in attendance to not only present their issues but to provide feedback on the issues of the other firms in their group. All Connect members should make it a priority to attend all sessions offered at the summit.

The SIG sessions are intended to be interactive, therefore all SIG participants are expected to join via video through the Zoom link provided within the Virtual Connect EventHub.

YES. All members must set up an individual password during the registration process (if they have not already done so in the past) in order to access content for the Fall Summit, including SIG sessions.

Registration is currently only available to key stakeholders and decision makers from each firm. MarshBerry will announce if there is capacity for additional members from your firm to join the general session closer to summit week.

Once you have completed registration for the Fall Summit, your confirmation page will display the full Summit agenda. Click the blue calendar icons to the right of each session to add that session to your calendar. If you accidentally clicked out of your confirmation page before adding sessions to your calendar, you will be able to access the confirmation page through the registration confirmation email. Click on the orange link under "ADD  SUMMIT SESSIONS TO YOUR CALENDAR" section of the email and you will be directed back to the page to add each session to your calendar.

Some browsers may experience a "loading" issue when the add to calendar pop up displays on the screen, but this can quickly be resolved by turning off the privacy filter on your browser.

If you have any questions about adding summit sessions to your calendar, please contact Event Manager, Lexi Bales.

Yes. Earlier this year, the MarshBerry Connect team proactively transferred registration fees from the Spring Summit to Fall with the intention of applying them to our anticipated in-person Summit in Scottsdale. Since we unfortunately cannot meet in person, MarshBerry has decided to waive this year's Fall Connect Summit registration fee. The registration fees paid in the Spring will be refunded to each firm in the amount paid for all registered individuals.
The full refunded amount for all Spring registrants will be mailed to the billing contact for your firm unless you contact us prior to August 31 to inform us of an alternate contact/address.
Yes, registrations are transferable to another key stakeholder or decision maker in your organization. If you would like to transfer a registration, please contact Lexi.Bales@MarshBerry.com prior to September 18, 2020.
Please contact Lexi Bales for modifications to your registration.
