As a Vice President on MarshBerry's Financial Advisory team, Tobias focuses on Specialty Distribution and InsurTech industries. His primary responsibilities include managing sell side transactions, equity and debt capital raises, due diligence projects, strategic planning, acquisition analysis and perpetuation planning. During his tenure at MarshBerry, he has advised on several large insurance brokerage transactions on both the buy and sell side. Recognized for his diverse skill-set and deep industry knowledge, he is also a valuable contributor to MarshBerry’s external publications and a regular speaker at industry events.
