MB360 is going virtual!

As hopeful as we have been regarding the 2020 MarshBerry 360 Seminar Series, there is no doubt that the COVID-19 situation necessitates a change in direction.  The in-person sessions scheduled for May 6 (New York), May 12 (Chicago), and May 14 (Las Vegas) are cancelled BUT we are excited to announce a modified webinar series will be presented instead.

MarshBerry is here for you with as strong of a commitment as ever to help you navigate these complicated times.  The webinar series is designed to bring you real-time industry knowledge and perspective, best practices and strategies to help your firm survive, grow and thrive, and tools and techniques to be more efficient and effective.  MarshBerry 360 Webinar Series will consist of various sessions scheduled for May 12 – 14, 2020. This new virtual format will allow you to select the sessions that are of interest to you.

We are evaluating an in-person event later in 2020.  As much as we look forward to being together in person, our plan will be dependent on the current state of COVID-19.  In the meantime please see below for next steps.

What to expect next:

  1. All registration fees paid for the onsite events will be refunded within 10 business days.
  2. There will be no charge for the virtual MarshBerry 360 Series.  Please be sure pre-register to attend the virtual sessions. You will receive a pre-registration email in mid-April with session dates, times, and descriptions.
  3. If you made hotel reservations in a group block at one of the host hotels, your reservations will be automatically cancelled on your behalf. If you made reservations outside of the block, or at a different hotel, you will need to cancel reservations on your own.
  4. If you made flight reservations, please contact the airlines directly.

The MarshBerry team remains steadfast in working hard for you.  We look forward to engaging in new yet still meaningful ways.

Update Friday, March 20 @ 1:45pm

Amid the disruption and uncertainty related to COVID-19, MarshBerry is here for you with as strong of a commitment as ever to help you navigate these complicated times.

Like you, we are intensely aware of the changing dynamics and business concerns as we evaluate our plan to hold MarshBerry 360 Seminar Series in May.  For now, the events will go on as scheduled.  With more than six weeks before the kick-off of the first event in New York City, we are hopeful that the progression of COVID-19 may subside and that business travel will resume.

It may be inevitable that the on-site seminar series will be cancelled. We are fully prepared to adjust our plans as the situation develops, and are currently finalizing options to reimagine what MarshBerry 360 Seminar Series could be like for 2020.  Updates will be sent out as well as posted here.

Each of us has a responsibility to act with a global citizen mindset and to adhere to the guidelines from government and health officials.  The health and well-being of you and our staff is top priority.  We understand that individuals who are at an increased risk, under company instituted travel restriction or other factors contributing to making an informed decision, may decide not to attend.  We will work with you on your cancellation.

The entire MarshBerry team remains focused on providing you deep industry knowledge, strategic guidance, and solutions to meet your firm’s needs.

Please direct any questions to Jessica Nugent or COVID@MarshBerry.com.
