Gerard Vecchio works specifically with the Insurance Services Division of MarshBerry. Gerard’s responsibilities include providing strategic and operational consulting services to specialty insurance distributors, insurance carriers and outsourced service providers within the insurance industry.
Gerard has approximately 35 years of experience within the insurance industry where he has gained knowledge related to being a private equity investor in, board member of, and advisor to insurance distributors, underwriters and service and technology providers. Most recently, Gerard was Chief Financial Officer and head of Business Development at Distinguished Insurance Services where he was responsible for sourcing, financing and integrating insurance broker acquisitions.

Focusing on specialty distribution and markets within MarshBerry’s Financial Advisory
practice, George brings to MarshBerry extensive knowledge in merger & acquisition (M&A)
transactions. In addition to being a trusted advisor to sellers and buyers within the specialty
insurance arena, George provides valuation, succession planning, strategic planning, financial
benchmarking and other financial consultative services. Working with program managers,
managing general agents, managing general underwriters, wholesale brokers, carriers and
firms ancillary to these operations, George is privy to insights, proprietary knowledge and best
practices directly impacting firms in today’s dynamic economic and rate environments.
George uses his experiences to educate clients and colleagues within the industry and to offer
superior client services.

Gabrielle Iacona works as a Data Science Manager in the Intellectual Capital division. In her role, she leads the Data Strategy team with a goal of providing best practices and industry data insights to help clients drive value in their business. Her core responsibilities include creating new metrics for MarshBerry's proprietary benchmarking database, Perspectives for High Performance (PHP), enhancements to the Value Intelligence Portal, building out advanced analytics relevant to industry trends, and data modeling on an industry scale and the individual client level. Gabby is also a facilitator for two Strategic Issues Groups within MarshBerry's executive peer exchange - Connect.

Tobias currently serves as a Vice President with a focus on Specialty Distribution and InsurTech. His primary responsibilities include managing sell side transactions, equity and debt capital raises, due diligence projects, acquisition analysis and perpetuation planning. During his tenure
at MarshBerry, he has advised on several large insurance brokerage transactions on both the buy and sell side. Tobias is recognized for his diverse skill-set and deep industry knowledge. He is also a valuable contributor to MarshBerry’s external publications and has spoken at various industry events.

As part of MarshBerry's Finical Advisory team, Jen focuses on financial management consulting and valuations services, while also assisting senior level consultants on merger and acquisition advisory. She currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
