Bonnie is certified in behavioral, skill, emotional intelligence, and candidate selection assessments that include Emotional Intelligence, ProfilesXT, TrimetrixHD/EQ, as well as MarshBerry's proprietary Sales Culture Assessment. In addition, Bonnie has been a certified DISC trainer since 2017 and a certified EQ trainer since 2019.
