As a Talent Advisory Consultant, Abbie Bickler builds and maintains relationships with insurance agencies and brokers across the U.S. to help them attract and retain new talent. Through her sourcing of high–quality professionals for various insurance roles, she enables firms to achieve their organic growth goals. Additionally, Abbie helps educate clients through
talent consultations which focus on improving a firms current candidate attraction, interviewing, and onboarding techniques. Abbie holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Davenport University, as well as a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) and Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR) certifications.
