As Vice President, Growth Advisory, Eric's primary responsibility is to help firms create executional strategic plans to increase firm value, energize their recruiting efforts and increase sales velocity. Eric co-facilitates multiple Strategic Issues Groups within MarshBerry Connect. He is also tasked with generating and maintaining client relationships via business perpetuation planning and strategic business sessions.

Jessica Orange joined the MarshBerry Growth Advisory team in April 2023. Her key areas of focus are sales development, creating engaging content, and designing programs to help insurance agencies achieve their organic growth goals.
With over a decade of experience in consulting, training, and business-to-business sales, Jessica brings a wealth of experience to the table and has been recognized for her ability to achieve consistent year-over-year growth. Jessica's commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends enables her to offer innovative solutions and deliver outstanding results. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University where she specialized in education and history.

Tom Kaercher joined MarshBerry’s Growth Advisory division as a Consultant in 2023. With a background spanning over 10 years in business-to-business sales, Tom has a wealth of experience empowering individuals and organizations for success. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Professional Sales from Central Michigan University.
