Frank joined the MarshBerry team in April 2019 with over ten years of experience in insurance sales, leadership development training/coaching/mentorship, public speaking, sales training, and senior executive management. Frank is responsible for providing management consultation and sales leadership to MarshBerry’s portfolio of Insurance Brokerage clients as well as internal sales, coaching, training, and strategic planning. Prior to MarshBerry, Frank worked as a Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer at USI Insurance Services, LLC. Responsibilities there included Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits Sales Leadership, and Senior Operations Management. Preceding his role at USI, Frank was a National Sales Manager at Hub International where he coached and trained hundreds of producers.
Zack is a results-based Organic Growth Advisor & Certified Sales Trainer & Coach, with emphasis on reinforcement.
Zack joined MarshBerry in 2015 as a Sales Performance Consultant in the Organic Growth division where he assists agencies with building an infrastructure to achieve organic growth, as well as working with them through the continued development and execution of that process. Zack was promoted to Lead Training Consultant in 2018, where his primary responsibilities included working closely with producers to help implement a successful and repeatable sales process while also assisting agencies with organizational infrastructure, business planning and sales management. Now as Senior Consultant within MarshBerry, Zack is focused on helping his clients increase sales through a strategic growth plan, while improving culture and focusing on team development dynamics.
Don helps producers and sales leaders increase sales, develop a strong sales culture, and positively impact the bottom line.
Don joined MarshBerry in 2018 as a Sales Performance Consultant in the Organic Growth division where he assists agencies with building an infrastructure that helps them achieve organic growth, as well as working with them through the continued development and execution of that process. His primary responsibilities include working closely with producers and sales leaders to help implement a successful and repeatable sales process while also assisting agencies with organizational infrastructure, business planning and sales management. Don brings with him over 13 years of experience in sales and sales management operations.

Jim is an energetic and solution-oriented thought leader that finds fulfillment in helping entrepreneurs improve the value of their business by driving double-digit organic growth.
Jim joined MarshBerry in 2011 as an analyst and was promoted to unit manager of the Sales Performance consulting division in 2016. His primary responsibilities consist of helping leaders of insurance agencies and brokers build and execute a plan for increasing sales. This typically entails building or improving a sales culture through strategic planning, creating a sales process, and improving an agency’s sales management practices.
Jim has helped countless insurance agency executives and producers drive more sales through his individual coaching sessions and keynote presentations at industry conferences, insurance carrier conferences, and association events.
Chris is a solutions-oriented thought leader who helps clients improve the value of their business by achieving double-digit organic growth.
Chris' primary responsibilities include new client acquisition, maintaining existing client relationships, producer and mentor training, executive consulting, and strategic planning. Chris started at MarshBerry in 2014 as a Consultant, and was promoted to Lead Coaching Consultant, Sales Performance Consulting Team Leader, and Senior Consultant in 2019. Chris has over thirteen years of sales and sales management experience and provides expertise in generating new B2B accounts, improving sales models, talent acquisition, & producer development. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Chris worked for a global transportation company, where he was a top salesperson, sales manager, and corporate trainer.
