WHAT ARE THE COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS?

Course Completion Requirements

  • Academy Attendance:
    • All students must join the Producer Academy via Zoom video through the EventHub on their individual web browser. Dial by phone only should not be used for these sessions.The student may miss no more than one (1) live training session.
    • If a live training session is missed, it is the student’s responsibility to watch the recording and complete all intersession assignment(s) prior to the next live session to receive credit.
  • Intersession Assignments:
    • Assignments will be posted in Allego the same day of the live training session.  
    • Assignments must be completed before 12:00 AM ET on Sunday evening to receive full credit. 
  • Exceptions:
    • If the student has a conflict that prevents them from attending a live training, or completing an assignment on time it is their responsibility to inform the facilitator(s) 24 hours in advance.

Course Completion Certificate

    • To obtain the course completion certificate, the student must actively participate and stay engaged in all live training sessions and complete 100% of the intersession assignments.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN VIRTUAL PRODUCER ACADEMY?

You will need access to Zoom as well as our customized training platform in order to participate in these sessions. Once registration is confirmed, the MarshBerry Team will reach out to you with instructions on how to download and use these resources to make the most out of your Producer Academy experience.

WILL THIS SESSION BE OFFERED AT ANY OTHER TIME DURING THE YEAR?

Contact the MarshBerry Team if you have a conflict with the current dates and we will add you to the waitlist for the next session!

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY REGISTRATION PREFERENCES?

Please contact Mike DiLorenzo, VP of Experiential Marketing, at Mike.DiLorenzo@MarshBerry.com for modifications to your registration. If you wish to transfer your registration to another member of your organization, please let us know and we'd be happy to make the change.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations for this program are eligible for a full credit or refund of previously-paid registration fees (less a credit card processing fee of $50 per attendee) if received at least 10 business days prior to the start of the program. 

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to Mike.DiLorenzo@MarshBerry.com before the designated deadline.

Cancellations received fewer than 10 business days prior to the start of the program are not eligible for a refund. You acknowledge and agree that MarshBerry is not liable for any costs incurred by You due to Your registration cancellation.

MarshBerry reserves the right to cancel/change programs, content, speakers or venues at any time. MarshBerry will not be held liable for any costs incurred by Registrant if the Event is cancelled due to inclement weather, faculty cancellation or any force majeure incident. Registrant expressly acknowledges and agrees that MarshBerry will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Registrant (including, e.g., for travel) in connection with the Event or cancellation thereof.
